ABOUT ME
I am the Principal Investigator of the SONATINA grant Metric Algebraic Geometry in Compressed Sensing - MAGiCS (project number: UMO-2025/56/C/ST1/00274), awarded by the National Science Centre (NCN), Poland. I am currently based at the University of Warsaw (MIMUW), where this research is being conducted.
From April 2024 to May 2026, I was part of the Italian Network for Applied and Birational Algebraic Geometry (INABAG), working first in Bologna with Sandro Gimigliano and later in Ancona with Maria Chiara Brambilla. Prior to joining INABAG, I spent one year at the University of Osnabrück, Germany, in the group of Paul Breiding, and one year at the Max Planck Institute for Mathematics in the Sciences in Leipzig, Germany, in the Non-linear Algebra group of Bernd Sturmfels.
I received my Ph.D. in April 2022 from the University of Trento, Italy, under the supervision of Alessandra Bernardi.
